REMARKS (which will contain the reason why the Parish Authorities fail to provide for their own destitute): The Parish is unable to afford them relief for the reason that there are no funds in the Parish Treasury - nothing but little can be realized from the sale of its Warrants and the great difficulty in collecting the Parish taxes on account of the depressed condition of the people and the finances.
